Activation, Login & Registration

One-time activation

You must activate your FEVO Prepaid MasterCard® card before you can start using it. To activate it, click on the "Activate your FEVO" link on the home page. Fill in your FEVO Card Number (16 digits beginning with 5), FEVO Password and CVC (the 3 digits printed at the signature panel on the reverse side of the card).

If you have ordered your FEVO card online, please refer to the email that was sent to you on the day of your order. (The FEVO Password is emailed to both the purchaser and cardholder.) Otherwise, please find your password at the area where your card is placed.

For privacy and security reasons, you are encouraged to activate your FEVO yourself. This is because you will be prompted to change your FEVO Password for security purposes after successfully activating it.

You can now start using your FEVO wherever MasterCard® card is accepted!

Note: You do not need to activate your card in order to use it as an ez-link card.
Registration and why register?

After you activate your FEVO Prepaid MasterCard® card, you will be given the option to register your card. Registration allows you to top up your FEVO Prepaid MasterCard® card and increases your top up limit to S$1000. It also allows us to link the card back to you for security purposes, in case you lose your card.

To register your FEVO, click on the "Register your FEVO card" link on the home page. Login with your FEVO Card Number (16 digits on the front of your FEVO card), FEVO Password and CVC (the 3 digits printed at the signature panel on the reverse side of the card).

After you log in, you will see the option to register your card. You will be asked to enter your personal information such as name, address, mobile number and email, so that we can link the card to you.

After filling in your details, a registration code will be sent to your registered mobile number (within 1 minute). You will need to login to your account and enter this registration code in order to complete the registration process.

After entering your registration code in your login area, your registration will be complete. At the next login, you'll be able to top up, suspend and reactivate your Prepaid MasterCard® card.
What can I do when I login?

When you login to your account on www.fevocard.com, you can manage the Prepaid MasterCard® card account in your FEVO card:
  • View your account balance
  • Check your recent transactions
  • Top up your Prepaid MasterCard® card balance (only for registered cardholders)
  • Update your account settings and profile
  • Suspend or reactivate your Prepaid MasterCard® card account (only for registered cardholders)

Note: The login area allows you to check information about your Prepaid MasterCard® card account only. The transaction details and balance of your ez-link purse will not be shown.
